The Tree Is Up!

I have been spending my Sunday doing what I look forward to every single year... decorating for Christmas! I had already put lights on the tree yesterday (which was great since it took me 2 hours!) so today's big task was putting the ornaments on. I am proud to say that I am happy with the result! Here are some pictures of the tree and a couple of my favorite ornaments.






I also decorated some of the living room and dining room but ran out of decorations. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 5 bedroom house so needless to say, I knew I wasn't going to have enough. I think I will be stopping by some of my fave Christmas decoration stores (Walmart, Big Lots, Michaels) later this week to stock up on more and then I will have pictures to share. I also worked on my christmas cards today because I am sending out almost 60 of them and I did so while watching Home Alone, which put me in a festive mood.
